I want my PAID UP LETTERS, Terrible service from MBD

My Accounts where heading over by Woolworth's , credit card and store account. I paid all necessary payment which was required on my side. Its been more that 7 days I've requested for my PAID UP LETTERS. I've been calling and emailing with no luck. They very good in chasing you around once you paid up everything its really hard to get them. Its a matter of urgency i need my paid up letters. If i do not get any help as from Friday i will take this matter further too.
