I want my paid up letter.... Pathetic service
Absolutely pathetic service. I am waiting for my settlement letter since April 2022. I discovered they did not update the credit bureau either. I have called numerous times but they simply don't send a paid up letter. I don't know what to do as they simply can't help and I cant move forward without a paid up letter.
