I want my paid up letter!!!!

I'm very angry and ****ed,I paid my truworths account a year ago and settled it with MBD,till today they don't want to send me my PAID UP letter,they keep saying it was sent even if I tell them I never received it,I asked them to resend it and I was told it's a long process,mind you I have been asking since I don't know when,how long does that process to resend the letter that's on their system take? decade?what ****ing my overtime is that now Daly creditors are now calling and harassing me for the same account,they want paid up letter and MBD refuse to give me my paid up letter,MBD PLEASE SEND ME MY LETTER, YOUR MESSING MY CREDIT PROFILE FOR STUPID R400!!!!
