I want my money back

I made a debit check arrangement with MBD a few months back to deduct on the 31st every month, to may surprise they decided to deduct money from my account without my permission

I called in the morning requesting for a refund and the constant said that her manager will call be back I'm still waiting even now

What kind of company goes into people's accounts without permission and why didn't they check the December paydate for the company that I am working for 1st before tracking my account like all other accounts

Why is there even authenticated payment method where as MBD will not even honor that? INTERCON should explain this to us

I am very angry, I want my money refunded today and I want the arrangement canceled
