I want my money ??

I have made an arrangements with MBD for them to Debit my account for Woolworths Credit card.. The agreement was for then to DR R405.00 for 12 moths and they did that for 12 moths and they telling me that am still owing R3585.90 , hence I was owing R4500.00 and I've already paid more than what I was owing.It was OK to pay for my account for 12 months as it was arranged.. And the agreement was to pay for 12 moths then it done.MBD is robbing people , and I want my money that I've paid for the past 12 months then I'll settle my account.
