I want clearance letter and my refund
I've been communicating with this lady regarding my two virgin active accounts,which both of them are now paid up.one of them is even overpaid with an amount of around R195 and merinda green who is a supervisor said she will follow up with their customer service regarding my refund and paid up letters.CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME CLEARANCE LETTERS FOR BOTH MY VIRGIN ACTIVE ACCOUNTS AND I WANT MY REFUND,PLUS I WANT MY NAME TO BE CLEARED ON ITC.,!!!
