I WANT A STATEMENT OF A SETTLED ACCOUNT

I had an account that was in arrears with Truworths, MBDLC kept on calling me and it was not even funny anymore, on Monday, 07/09/2015, i called them to settle the account, they told me that the debit order was gonna be done from my account the next day. Now i want them to send me a settlement statement and it is a problem, even gave my email address to 3 consultants and they told me it was gonna come through within a couple of minutes but it did not, NOW I WILL BE THE CRACKING NUT AS I HAVE PAID OFF, I WANT THAT STATEMENT AND I WANT IT NOW!!
