I WANT A PAID UP LETTER URGENTLY

I had an account with home choice and it was handed over to MBD. I settled the account on the 20th of June 2020 and emailed the payment notification requesting a paid up letter. Even today they haven't sent me and when i they keep me waiting for so long and today one of their consultant at client service department was so rude to me she couldn't even allow me to explain she dropped my call.
