I SUSPECT I WILL BE CONTACTING THE LAW SOCIETY OF SOUTH AFRICA

This company has made it so that I am barred from joining a Virgin Active after a 10 YEAR OLD DEBT not linked to my bank account but I was completely unaware that there was even a problem as neither this company nor Virgin Active notified me of this.

When I try to call their call centre the agents are trained not to escalate the matter but simply say that the only way to rectify the situation is to pay.

I have sent emails but not received a response. If I do not receive a response I will be contacting the Law Society, which seems to be the only way that I will get this situation rectified.

This company is the definition of "bottom feeder".
