i need your help and your input on all these issues

i have got a serious problem with these guys because they phone for me each and every minute on behalf of direct axis i made the arrangement for the payment with direct axis via max law and i am making the payment as per our agreement. these mbd agents phone me each and everyday willing to know about the payment arrangements .sometimes they harass me and i do not like their style .please talk to the guys that this is not the way of doing business. Actually i do not want to talk to them as i do not know them. I only know direct axis but not mbd attorneys .i am also having a problem with the sabc for the tv licence.i am paying my account but they keep on writing some mails to me .what also worries me is that their account does not go down.it always remain at one place. I need your help please
