I need my paid up letter
They were given my account to handle by Markham and i paid it all off, everytime i call to get my paid up letter they keep giving whatsapp numbers to send the to and nobody replies and they even sent me a message threatening me with legal action. i don't even have an email where i can send any correspondence to and their call center a not very useful in helping with this frustration
