I need an email so i can get a new job and be able to pay the account in errors

Please can I get help from anybody I have been trying to get someone to assist me with an email that I need to get from your advisor or the manager but am being ignored.I have a Standard bank Credit card with you guys at MBD INC I have been unemployed for few months now so am in the brink of getting a new job, the only thing I have asked from MBD to assist me with an email saying that we have an arraignment in place that is all. I need to provie this document or email to my new employment and I have went as far as taking the great deal you guys have made to me of R7809 to be paid by the 25th of November. I have called multiple times in the call center and am refered to Lesley M . I have sent an email earlier on pleading with her to get an email not even a agreement letter just a email to confirm that we have an arraignment in place between me and the company.
