I managed to get some assistance
Good morning. After my first encounter with them of not being able to contact them and getting incorrect information, I posted on this site and got help from a wonderful lady Ntebaleng Kwenaite who assisted me in getting this account closed. However I am still waiting for my paid up letter and for the Credit Bureau to be notified that this account was paid in full on July 10, 2020. Thank you
