I just want to pay off my Credit Card debt and move on with my life.

I have outstanding credit card debt with Standard Bank that I took as a student back in 2016 and my profile was sent to MBD Attorneys due to non-payment.I recently (for 2months now) tried to connect MBD ATTORNEYS to make arrangements to pay off this debt and the last and only person I get in contact with the receptionist by the name of Portia. She'll then transfer me to a consultant but the phone will ring for 10-15minutes max and then it'll cut off. I'm so damn frustrated because all I want to do is pay-off my debt and move on with my life. I find it so unprofessional of this company not to attend to calls.
