i have yet agian requested a statement and the comany fails to comply... this is the second time i have to put them on hello peter, they are really useless... please start employing staff that knows how to assist your customers.

I need a statement on my account A.S.A.P... Please and check your call recording and emails.... And you guys keep harrasing me with messages and phone calls instead of checking your statements... But when we request a simple statement you cant do that, pathetic if you ask me.
