I have requested my settlement letter 3 months ago

I called 3 months ago to request my settlement letter and the First Lady I spoke to said my account wasn’t settled after they’ve debited my account. Then I called again a few minutes later and the lady I spoke to now said ‘yes, your account has been settled and you’ll receive your settlement letter the following week’ this was in May…till today still haven’t received anything and all their phones say the number doesn’t exist
