I have received no feedback or outcome of my complaint, received a email from Zukiswa Mhlobo Legal Correspondence and complaints Administrator on ***9 and responded with the necessary information that was requested and to dated no feedback at all
I have received no feedback or outcome of my complaint, received a email from Zukiswa Mhlobo Legal Correspondence and complaints Administrator on ***9 and responded with the necessary information that was requested and to dated no feedback at all. On ***9 received the following sms from Mbd Acc stable. R1500 payment on 31 March keeps this asset file out of the Magistrate Court. My original agreement is R300.

20 Mar 2026, 11:52I haven't received any email from your office yet in connection of the complaint, the only email I have received was on the the 9th of March requesting my ID nr to assist further. Up to date no feedback was given from your office. So how can you say it has been addressed privately and the matter has been addressed and resolved amicably, when I haven't received anything?
