I have been requesting for a statement

I have been receiving calls from *********** staff, I asked to speak to seniors, no one is never there, when I call I can't get through, my emails are never answered. But they keep calling me to ask the same question. I have been paying them but I get calls from their call centre agents telling me I last paid in 2012. I can not pay when I am not seeing my statement and I require to see the all the payments I have made to my MTN account. I really need assistant because I am not getting through with this people, I had simillar accounts when I lost employment. When I started working I made arrangements to pay and as I got extra money I asked for discounts and I settled the acc 2 years ago. I'm stuck with MBD I can't get hold of them,when they call me they don't want to listen to my concerns, I ask them to record my conversation but the next person will call and I repeat the same story for the past 2 years.
