I had an account with vodacom that was sold to MBD I received a call from one of they agent offering me a discount which I accepted and paid. 5 months down the line I still cant get a paid up letter from them and bear in my mind im calling them every week. I recently spoke to a very rude agent that was shouting over the phone from MBD named Dineo Moeketsi that told me to do what ever I want I just wont get the paid up letter. The recording was sent to Ombudsman and NCR
