I don't appreciate being threatened but I'm glad there's a recording of it

I find it quite amusing that y'all thank me for my payment and then make empty threats to scare me into somehow paying more money than I'm actually capable of.

How does your system work? Each of the 3 people I speak to on a daily basis "notes it in the system" that I'm unemployed and yet you muppets still keep calling me every damn day to try and squeeze money from me.

I don't believe you note anything on the system. Maybe I'm wrong and you're just too stupid to read what's on the system to begin with.

Like many I lost my income with COVID and I'm currently working freelance with a few job prospects in the pipeline. Fielding your stupid calls to tell you this story AGAIN is a waste of my time - time that I could be using to rectify the situation.

Now I understand that your agents are just doing their jobs but I swear to Christ on high if you ever threaten me with legal action again in a thinly veiled attempt to secure payment from me, I will pursue my own legal action in terms of the Harassment Act.

It's unprofessional and disgusting conduct. You'll take me to court - bless you - and a magistrate is going to see that payments are being made and that I have a problem with my income and he'll throw you out of court. I'm paying my account. What more do you animals want from me?
