I am so sick of this company

We have many times previously told them that we have been placed under admin. The Company - No more Debt has called and e-mailed them then they say they will send the forms, but guess what - that never happens, also they NEVER EVER capture anything on their system - now they threaten with Legal Action - wow we have been struggling with them for more than 6 months - what can we threaten with!!! It seems that NO-ONE in in that entire company knows what they are doing or what they are supposed to do. I have complained about them here before and their response was that they would get back to us as soon as possible - NO-ONE ever came back to us about our complaint.
