I AM NOT A CUSTOMER BUT JUST A DEBTOR. SAYS AGENT
I had an account with Vodacom and Unfortunately the account fell into arrears. Now MBD Attorneys is handling the account. I receive a rude and threatening call from their Agent Malwandla today and she tells me how I am not a customer but just a debtor. I need this issue resolved but by respect and professionalism. Is she even trained to how to communicate with customers.
