I AM DONE WITH MBD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I feel like im losing my mind its been two years of me complaining about MBD attorneys, Two days ago i received a call spoke to the lady even though she threatened me i gave her my payment arrangement and the call was done this morning before 8 i get another call from a lady by the name of Elizabeth she was so rude i said i got a call two days ago i made a payment arrangement and the more im trying to speak the more she says mam mam mam over and over again to the point where i cant get a word in, These call centre agents has no phone etiquette and i yelled at her. I called my lawyer after asked advice and im opening a harassment case against MBD i am done having to deal with *********** disrespectful uneducated call center agents we all are human and unfortunately i fell behind on my account but i don't need someone to call me 20 times a day for me to repeat myself and say the same thing then they get rude and say well if u don't want us calling u pay the account in full or maybe u should have made debt then u wouldn't be here I AM DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
