Horrific

<p>There are absolutley no words to desribe the pethatic customer service provided by these people. It is understandable that they are only existing for collecting outstanding debts however that does not give them the reason to treat people the way they do. They send you numerous sms's advising you of an outstanding debt and provide you with contact details. You call the numbers provided and no one seems to have any idea what is going and they will not even tell you how much you need to pay. As if that is not enough they will call you again and again but when you ask them questions regarding the call they never have the answers. I'm actually suprised that the company is still in existance.</p>
