Horrible Very very bad service

If the was a rating of bellow 1 star I would chose that! what a disgusting service from MDB! You guys are good at harassing people with calls but when the debt is paid for in full you don't send pay up letters nor update the credit bureau!!

I have paid up my account and have been requesting my paid up letter and ITC update from a woman called Condradinah Setlhodi! I just need my paid up letter ASAP and an update on the ITC. This is so frustrating as I am applying for a bond and this is impeding the process! what type of people are you? please fix this and send me the letter immediately, this is ********!!

On tope of you ripping me off with loads of interest! I now had to pay double the load I took. the least you can do is send me my letter and remove my name of ITC Immediately. send a paaid p status on ITC.
