Horrible service, Lack of response
I have tried to get information from you guys multiple times, i have reached out to several individuals on WhatsApp and raised inquiries regarding the amounts reflected in the statement. Unfortunately, there has been a lack of responsiveness. Despite receiving frequent communication from your end during unconventional hours, my questions have not been addressed. I have observed charges for calls and SMS, for which there was no prior consent, and I am perplexed by the absence of responses to my inquiries despite constant contact, and I have paid R10000 so far but 5000 of that is interest? How is that possible? I get calls constantly but no one from your organization can answer any questions, as to why I am being billed for calls and sms's? You demanding payment for debt that was bought over but cannot provide proper explanations?

I am still awaiting feedback, you still continuously send me the same replies over and over, but no one has an an answer to my questions, you constantly harass people, and demand payment and threaten, but you cannot provide information as to why I am being billed for a call and an email that I never requested?
