Horrible Service
I have been sending emails, have been calling MBD to no avail. I received a confirmation of closure letter in October 2021 and today when I check my ITC to my surprise the amount is going up but the account is closed, these people are unprofessional and rude, there is a person called Gerald Maboa. Can i get feedback on this asap.
