Horrible service by MBD

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with MBD Attorneys. I paid off my debt with SABSa credit card in August of last year, and I have been requesting a settlement letter from MBD ever since. However, they have not responded to my requests.

After checking with my bank on the 08-06-2023 I was shocked to find that this will has a negative impact on my credit score since it has not be fully settle because of the letter not submitted to SBSA.

I am disappointed with the lack of communication and responsiveness from MBD Attorneys. I would not recommend them to anyone.
