Horrible service
I had a foschini account which i got an offer for. They asked me to to pay the amount offered in full and they will give a settlement letter and close my account. I paid in full and sent through the POP to their whatsapp and email. I am still getting smses that i must pay. I have called, email, whatsapp but NO ONE gets back to me. The last person that rep**** to my whatsapp just told me i still need to pay in more. HOW???? I have kept the arrangement and paid the settlement amount offered. The service is the worst ever, consultants are rude and they blue tick on whatsapp. I dont even know what to do anymore. This was beginning of July but no one gets back to me 😡… ANNOYED
