horrible service

<p>I was contacted regarding an account. I accepted i owed them and i agreed to a plan. I did that payment before the actual agreement date. I even paid more because i could afford to. I then called the monday to check the balance. Which was R851.87 which i paid a R500 towards. I was informed that there was a balance of R400 and something i then enquired and so forth. The consultant then informed me if i make a payment of 351.87 the file would be closed. I then recieved an email for R140 something rand on the 7th of this month. After calling to try and fix this issue the balance is R290 SOMETHING CENTS. I was told everytime i call in i get charged. I never get through to the managers nor to the consultants who informed me the account is settled. When i asked them to look for the recordings nothing is found, i am in distress regarding this matter. Because today i called again asking for a settlement letter so the amount is give to me on black and white n i was assured i would get one n yet i havent recieved one. Im so frustrated n im scared to call back again coz its pushing up my account im unemployed trying to do the right thing but getting *****ed in the mean time. Can someone help me with advise</p>
