Horrible is an understatement!

Oh my SOUL!!! If I could give them half a star, would! Or even NO stars would have been best!!

I am SOOOOO SICK and Tired of MBD contacting me looking for someone I HAVE NOT HAD CONTACT with for 3/4 years!!! I have requested multiple times for them to please remove my number from their list cause I DO NOT HAVE contact with this person they are looking for!! Then the person says they wil send the manager a message requesting my number be removed and guess what, the very next day they call me again! This has been going on for nearly a month and a half!

I have called them from my side request they remove my number as-well, requesting to speak to a manager, and they just say the manager is not available. I have left my number on “the managers” voicemail requesting a call back so this can be sorted, but no response just the same damn call asking to speak to the person they are looking for. Is there even a manager cause he/she seems to be horrible at getting back to people! I run a business, so unfortunately I can’t just ignore all the calls cause it might be business related. I wonder if there even is a so called “manager” because no one is contacting me back to help me with the issue.

It’s honestly not my problem if you do not have a number for the person in question!!!
