Horrible Debt Collector
I settled the Standard Bank Credit Card Account number Ref number *** on 15 Feb 2023 and they promised to send me the paid-up letter within 7 to 14 days, but to date, I have not received it at all. I have requested the letter more than 5 times and they are sending from pillar to post.
