HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
I have sent emails telling them about an arrangement made in JUNE 2022 regarding my arrear account with absolutely no feedback!!!! Only getting a snotty reply that has absolutely nothing to do with my query! This was settled and yet I keep getting emails about my URGENT overdue account!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous. Please contact me on my personal email ***!!!!!!!
