Horrible communication !!!horrible customer service !!

They still have cleared my name with the credit bureau.i sent an Email to Zukiswa which she forwarded to Jane Khumalo to assist but still no feedback or any kind of communication

Your service is horrible. You do not communicate. If you cant assist you can at-least tell me what i need to do to clear my name

This whole thing has taken a toll on my financial life. I cannot buy anything or do anything because of MBd please clear my name
