horrible , appalling, awful, disgusting, dreadful service

Your collections agents are poorly trained, ***********, rude, lack customer service, have absolutely no clue what the hell they are doing I don't even know why any company would even consider using your services makes no sense. I have been requesting for a paid up letter for months and as a result my account which I settled is still reflecting as not paid but was settled in December. Your company should consider getting quality assurance agents cause there is no way you can render such ********** service and still pay workers for such **** poor work. No integrity whatsoever, horrible , appalling, awful, disgusting, dreadful service does not even begin to describe the quality of work your employees produce daily
