HORRIBLE !

<p>My identity account has been handed over to MBD. I never received one letter or call from them until I called identity store and they advised me that my account has been handed over. After numerous attempts to get hold of them via their office number, I finally spoke to an agent whom advised me I've been blacklisted!! Your agents are rude and so illiterate! I asked to settle and give me a discount then I could pay once off but the agent refused to assist! </p>
