Holding funds that do not belong to them.
I paid in funds from an insurance claim payout into a Standard Bank credit card only to be told that it is handed over MBD. MBD are refusing to refund me and the damage to the house is becoming more due to storms. The insurance account is a joint account and those funds aren't purely my funds only. This is unacceptable!!!! This has been going on since December and I'm going to claim the additional costs of the damage from them.
