I have been continuously harassed by this law firm regarding money outstanding as I defaulted on clothing account. I only defaulted after 15 years of being a good payer after my retrenchment in March 2014. I am still unemployed.<br> <br> I have explained my situation every time, however they continue to insist on payment. It seems that when I say I do not have ANY money, they don't understand me, and then ask me to borrow money from my family, who are already feeding me. <br> <br> The capital balance was only R1148.70, I now owe R2017.73. R255.40 is for interest which of which they refuse to divulge the rate and how it's charged, and R613.73 in \FEES"which is also not disclosed as to what these fees might be. For an individual already in difficult circumstances"
