Highly Dissatisfied

I am at my wits ends with this company. After being hounded by them and finally reverting to this platform to find out why im being threatened by them, i finally had an agent call me. This agent Mr M Nkosi assisted me halfway and promised me a callback which to date a week later has not materialised. I then took it upon myself to follow-up to no avail, i emailed and contacted the gentleman who responded to my initial hellopeter complaint, who also promised telephonically to get a supervisor to call me, i am still waiting since yesterday. I honestly feel let down by this company and their lack in proper feedback and communication is shocking. With this being said i understand that lockdown presents challenges to companies, however interim feedback should be provided regardless of lockdown.
