Highly Disrespectful and LIES about amounts

I received a call from this company yesterday stating that my account was now with them, i requested to know why as I had previously been dealing with another company ( Andre van der Walt Attorneys), only to be told by the representative that I need not worry about why they have the account, i should just worry about paying it, upon stating that this is NO way in which to speak to a client I was informed that I am not a client I am a debtor and should just be worried about paying my stuff.

I requested to speak to her supervisor which I did by the name of Vanessa - she helped me took my details and we made arrangements via the telephone to make a payment of R500.00 a month for 5 months and the R543.00 on the last month making my account of R3043.00 paid up. I requested to receive this in writing, Have STILL not received anything.

Upon calling Andre van der Walt Attorneys some interesting facts were shared to me about this company and that the amount that MBD had given me was incorrect ( it was in actual fact much lower).

I requested to know what will happen to this young lady who thinks she can speak to people like this as I will NOT tolerate that you treat people with RESPECT!!

If someone doesn't contact me I will be going straight to the newspaper with this and please don't think that I wont!!
