Highly disgusted

<p>I keep recieving messages about an Ellerines account, which I've never had, firstly when I try and phone the number no one answered, I tried for 1 hour, when I eventually got through, I tell the call center agent the story and give her the so called refference number she then tells me the account belongs to some gentleman, so I asked her do I sound like a gentleman to which she replies do not give me attitude, then I told her listen if you recieve sms'se everyday about some account and then try and phone for an hour with no answer I will give her attitude, because its harresament, its not my info thats wrong its theirs, and she kept screaming and telling me dont give me attitude, this is pathetic, if you want to harrass someone for money get the right info, and train your call centre agents because they clearly have no idea how to do their jobs profesionally, if I should ever have debt problems I will never go there and i truelly feel sorry for the people who has to deal with this clown show </p> <p> </p>
