highest level of disrespect

<p>day before yesterday i got a call from an agent from MBD by the name of brenda and not only did the agent disrecpt me but she went to call my mother,threatning her,shouting her and desrecpecting her. i dont know if that kind of collection is allowed from MBD but client deserves fair treatment from their creditors. brenda has no respect what so ever and doesnt know how to speak to client, she doesnt deserve to be sitting ther collecting as her work only reflect poor client service from the company. if all calls are recorded then that agent wouldnt be speaking to clients the way that she does. Threatning and older woman like she did, promising her she will make me lose my job. Thats the worst behaviour from the agent and shoul not be accepted by the company. </p>
