High Interest and Legal Fees

How much interest is allowed to be charged by debt collectors? How much legal fees are they allowed to charge? Am I not allowed to receive a statement of Account? The interest seems to increase even when making monthly payments moreover it seems like it's higher than the capital amount. Perhaps that's the reason why they send me some document instead of my statement of account in order to mislead me with the interest and fees they keep on adding. There's no logic behind your concept because my account is with you because I had financial problems. How do you think will I manage to keep up and settle the account if you keep on adding ridiculous amount of interest. Stop trying to get more money out of me, it's not helping. You don't even deserve 1 star. Can anyone help me to deal with MBD?
