Hi there I have a problem with MBD Attorneys

Hi there I have a problem with MBD Attorneys. They called me to say I am in arrears with a Vodacom account. Well I took out a contract phone 📱 for my brother of which he had promised to pay but he didn't ended up being at MBD. So I made an immediate payment of R9065 on the 12 September 2023 and was promised that I will receive a paid up letter in 24 hours, I called the whole week last week and was sent from pillar to post and they always said there's no team leader or line manager. The rudeness of the consultants is out of this world. Then I decided to call Vodacom and they tried their outmost best to go an extra mile but MBD is still in our way cause they're refusing to send me my paid up later. All the consultants are saying different things at once. I'm so confused 😕, please help
