Herassment from MBD attorneys

Unfortunately my Cellphone number was added onto the MBD database to a different persons details and even though I owe nothing I am getting all the SMS's for this person. I have tried the last 3 month to remove my number from their database and it still does not work. I phoned them numerous times and they advised that the will remove my number, but to no avail. Please help. These people are pathetic. They are talking about the wonderful system that they have. But, they cannot help my. This is breaching the POPIA act !!!!!!!!
