Help please

Good morning I am here by asking for help, i have paid all my accounts in full and i have recieved all the paid up letters for the three accounts, i were promised that after 21 working days i will recieve a dept review clearance certificate and that my file will be hended over to all credit bureau so that the red flag under my name can be removed. I have tried sending emails at MBD but i dont get any response, i am writing this review with hope that my query will be taken into consideration.
