Have you also been harassed by MBD day and night with their facts wrong?

At what point does a legal practice cross the line and enter the realm of harassment?

Is it when they make unsolicited contact every day and sometimes multiple times a day?

Is it when they bother you during meetings simply doing your job or over weekends when with family and friends.

Or how about when the very reason they claim to be phoning...is null and void? That the debt they claim is outstanding in fact isn't? Only...they would rather keep harassing you...chasing some commission, than going back to their handlers First National Bank and actually querying the fault? (Which FNB has acknowledged is a mistake, they did this...with a simple phonecall). Or do MBD make profit on the number of contact they make...regardless of whether the person is ACTUALLY at fault or not?

Pretty shameful if you ask me, which is why the matter will now be taken to the Legal Practice Council...because you would rather harass me day and night than to simply ask your client FNB to confirm what I've already told you every time you phone, that there is no debt.

Um...no, because at no point have you apologised or noted your errant harassment.

The fact that you would tell everyone reading this that the matter has been addressed (without ANY direct communication to me) or for that matter ANY apology for the number of times I asked you to please just check with your client) displays an abject arrogance - that because YOU say that it has been resolved amicably (when it was YOUR mistake) I believe doesn't reflect well on your practice.

Your own manager wouldn't even respond to my queries...it took complaining on a public platform and threatening with reporting you to the legal counsel for you to bother looking at the matter at all?
