Harsassment of the wrong person by means of phone calls and SMSs

I am constantly being called, SMS'ed, harassed and threatened by this company for "my" Truworths account that is allegedly in arrears.

I have never had a Truworths account. I don't shop at Truworths.

The person they are looking for, seems have an African surname, which I don't.

I have repeatedly told them they have the wrong person, but still they keep harassing me by means of calls and SMSs. This is in contravention of several laws, including laws against harassment, ************ and ECT legislation.
