Harressment at its worst!
I still have not received a resolution to my problem with VIRGIN ACTIVE and furthermore, they have handed the account to MBD attorneys who not only do not listen to what I am saying ie: I do NOT have a contract with VA, they also just decided to put a payment arrangement on their system which according to them I have not adhered to. (probably because I did NOT make it nor do I owe anything). Worse yet they harrass me at all hours of the day and even when I was in hospital with kidney stones! Unbelievable!!
