There's nothing quite like being inundated with sms messages when it isn't even for you. I've notified the via sms, email and numerous calls that I am NOT Mr Safwaan Martin, yet they tell without a policy number they cannot assist me - DON'T YOU VERIFY THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE ON RECORD!!!!!
